We are looking for a D365 CE Technical Lead who wants more than just another project. This is an opportunity to take technical ownership across large-scale Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform transformation programmes.

The Opportunity
You’ll take technical ownership across D365 CE and Power Platform solutions within complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, senior stakeholders, developers, consultants and Microsoft to shape and deliver robust technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the full delivery lifecycle, from design and development through to deployment and optimisation.
- Help drive modernisation and adoption of Microsoft technologies, including AI and Copilot capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the technical delivery of D365 CE and Power Platform solutions
- Provide technical direction to developers and consultants
- Design and oversee integrations across D365 CE and the wider Microsoft ecosystem
- Review technical designs, development approaches and code quality
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support where required
- Work closely with Solution Architects to translate designs into scalable, deliverable solutions
- Support the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities
- Build POCs, prototypes and technical demonstrations where required
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability and compliance standards
- Mentor and develop technical consultants and developers
- Contribute to technical standards, governance and best practice across projects
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a D365 CE Technical Lead, Senior Technical Consultant or similar
- Strong hands-on experience across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Strong understanding of D365 CE customisation, development and integrations
- Experience with technologies such as Dataverse, Power Automate, JavaScript, C#, APIs and Azure
- Experience working on large-scale or complex D365 CE transformation programmes
- Comfortable working alongside Solution Architects and senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of technical challenges
- A passion for technology, continuous improvement and developing others
