Lead D365 Developer
Our client is in the Not For Profit Sector and they are looking to hire for a brand new role - a Lead D365 Developer. This role will be a mix of hands on coding and managing a small team of 5 other D365 Engineers. This role is 1-2 days a week in the office in London and the rest at home.
Description
- This role is a mix of hands on coding in D365 and managing the 5 D365 engineers - around a 50/50 split.
- Alongside coding you will help with project planning, 1 to 1s, code reviews, peer review, architecture vision, etc.
- Develop, customise, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for system improvements.
- Ensure the integration of D365 with other systems and third-party applications.
- Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations to the development team.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Oversee the deployment of updates and enhancements to the D365 platform.
- Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.

Profile
Must Haves:
- Microsoft Dynamics CE
- Able to configure and customise D365 - not just one of them.
- Currently managing a small team, or mentoring and looking to take the next step up - full management training will be provided.
- Strong communicator who can deal with the stakeholders, the wider business, and your team.
- Basic C# knowledge
