A leading digital consultancy delivering complex transformation programmes across the public and private sectors is looking for a Lead Product Manager (Data) to help shape and deliver innovative data products and platforms that drive meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do:
- Lead the delivery of complex data products, platforms, and services.
- Define product visions, roadmaps, and priorities aligned to business goals and user needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive product direction and strategic decisions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear product backlogs and outcomes.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, data, and analysis functions.
- Partner with Data Engineers, Architects, and Analysts to deliver high-value solutions.
- Drive discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement activities.
- Coach and support Product Managers while contributing to product best practice.

About the Candidate
The successful Lead Product Manager (Data) will have:
- Strong experience delivering data products, platforms, or services within complex environments.
- Experience working alongside Data Engineering, Architecture, and Analytics teams.
- A proven track record of product leadership, roadmap management, and prioritization.
- Knowledge of data architecture, data modelling, and governance principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams around shared goals.
- A track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.
- Consultancy, public sector, or highly regulated industry experience would be advantageous.
