Overview
Lead the analytics function, managing a team of analysts and delivering high-quality reporting, insights, and data services. Responsible for reporting, stakeholder engagement, data quality, and supporting data-driven decision making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Data Analytics team.
- Deliver reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and management information.
- Translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations.
- Drive data quality, governance, and reporting best practice.
- Improve reporting processes and support wider data strategy initiatives.

Essential Experience
- Strong background in Data Analytics, BI, or Reporting.
- Experience leading analytics teams.
- Proven delivery of enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience with BI and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).

Desirable
- Data governance and master data experience.
- Experience within a complex, data-driven environment.
- Internal and customer-facing reporting experience.
