Lead Data Analyst - Senior Decision Analyst
Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client within banking, for a highly analytical Lead Data Analyst to help solve complex business challenges through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in analytics, decision science, strategy, consulting or research who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex business problems into clear analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
- Deliver insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop analytical models and evaluate business performance drivers.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation to influence decisions through evidence-based analysis.
- Lead analytical projects from problem definition through to implementation and impact measurement.

Requirements
- Proven experience in analytics, decision science, strategy, consulting or research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Commercially minded, with experience balancing customer, business and operational outcomes.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, R, Databricks, machine learning or AI would be advantageous.
- Experience within financial services, consulting, or customer-focused industries.
