Job Description

We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst to support our Sales & Total Service teams, working on Wise Business, our international business account.

The Wise Business account helps small and medium-sized businesses across the world focus on what matters most to them: growth.

An increasing share of our 625,000+ business customers – and the 45,000+ businesses that join them every month – trust Wise with their day-to-day finances.

The Sales and Total Service - Account Specialist (TS-AS) teams operate at the frontline of high-value customer acquisition and retention. Together, they guide prospective clients through onboarding, deliver proactive account management, and help businesses navigate product complexities so servicing scales smoothly alongside business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Enablement & Tooling: Build scalable self-serve dashboards, forecasting calculators, and cohort health reports for AE and TS-AS teams, while delivering monthly performance and ROI reporting to leadership.
  • Portfolio Performance: For both TS-AS and AE track performance of their respective portfolios and drive optimization strategies for things like forecast attainment, product activation, and churn prevention.
  • Pipeline & Funnel Optimization: Track and optimize both Sales and TS-AS conversion funnels—refining assignment criteria, assessing channel performance, evaluating lead flow, and diagnosing key blockers to revenue attainment.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Conduct TAM/SAM analysis to inform regional expansion, build capacity/ramp-up forecasts, and shape the data-driven framework for transitioning from inbound sales to outbound outreach.
  • Team Performance & SLA Analytics: Define KPIs to evaluate rep and agent health, tracking support SLAs, sales deal velocity, target attainment, and overall operational capacity.
  • Cross-Functional Data Foundations: Partner with Marketing to optimize lead management and nurture journeys, and collaborate with Analytics Engineering to establish single-source-of-truth data pipelines (including Salesforce integrations).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
