📍 London (Hybrid 1-2 days a week onsite)

I'm working with a consultancy supporting a major enterprise client who are looking for a senior Data Transformation Leader to define and deliver their enterprise data strategy.
They're looking for someone who can assess a complex data estate, shape the target architecture, establish governance and operating models, and work closely with senior business stakeholders to modernise their data platform and prepare the organisation for AI.

You'll be responsible for:
- Defining enterprise data strategy and transformation roadmap
- Assessing current-state data architecture and identifying improvement opportunities
- Leading Azure Databricks/Lakehouse transformation initiatives
- Establishing governance, metadata, lineage and data quality frameworks
- Designing scalable operating models and Data as a Product approaches
- Partnering with CDOs, CIOs and engineering teams to drive business outcomes
- Preparing data foundations for AI and advanced analytics

We're keen to speak to people with experience in:
- Enterprise Data Architecture or Data Transformation leadership
- Azure, Databricks and modern cloud data platforms
- Data governance, MDM, metadata and lineage
- Operating models and organisational data transformation
- Executive stakeholder management within large enterprise environments
- Financial Services or other regulated industries is highly desirable
