Lead Data Engineer
A FinTech Powerhouse is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join its flagship centralized technology group that sits across the firm's entire trading infrastructure.
They’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead to drive the design and development of scalable data platforms and high-performance pipelines that power critical systems across the business, with your work having a direct and measurable impact on the wider trading ecosystem. Everything is completely greenfield using cutting-edge technology (Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Airflow, Spark etc.) and requires someone who is going to be involved with the technical strategy as well, from inception to production.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of Data/Software Engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
- Strong Computer Science, Engineering (or a related subject) background from a top university.
- Experience managing or leading teams on projects through the full software development lifecycle.
- Able to work in a modern software engineering environment, using Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools including Scrum, git, and CI/CD.
