Lead Data Engineer

What you'll be doing
- Design and deliver cloud-based data platforms
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Develop scalable, secure data architectures
- Support AI and machine learning deployments
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers
- Drive engineering best practice

What you'll bring
- Experience building modern cloud data platforms
- Strong Python, SQL, and data engineering skills
- Commercial experience with Databricks and Azure (AWS/GCP also welcomed)
- Experience designing scalable data solutions
- Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience
