The Role

  • Develop, maintain, quality assure, and operate numerical models for payment and fee calculation.
  • Lead the data strategy for Fees and Payments Calculator teams, identifying needs and developing data processes.
  • Ensure data and evidence are used effectively to support decision-making, policy development, and external communications.
  • Oversee access to and use of the Report Packaging Data (RPD) portal, coordinating with digital teams and regulators.

What You'll Need

  • Advanced proficiency in R, including data manipulation (dplyr, data.table), statistical modelling, and simulation.
  • Experience building reproducible analytical pipelines.
  • Proficiency in automated testing and documentation.
  • Strong version control skills using Git/GitHub.
  • Ability to lead data strategy and develop essential datasets.
  • Collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams.
