Lead Data Scientist – Insurance

London | Hybrid
£120,000–£130,000 basic salary + benefits

A leading insurance business is looking for a hands-on Lead Data Scientist to help shape and develop its data and analytics capability.

You will lead commercially focused data science projects, turning complex insurance and market data into insight that supports better decision-making. The role combines technical delivery, senior stakeholder engagement, and leadership of a growing team.

  • Strong data science and analytical modelling experience
  • London Market insurance experience
  • Advanced Python or R and SQL skills
