The Role
- Design and deploy predictive models and ML solutions that power real-time markets.
- Work hands on with cutting-edge datasets, AI techniques, and scalable data pipelines.
- Identify patterns and insights that directly influence live business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and platform teams to optimise performance and reliability.
- Drive best practice, mentor / coach across the Data Science function.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a Senior or Lead Data Scientist role (preferably in sports, gaming or similar).
- A track record of mentoring teams and leading technical projects.
- A degree (BSc/MSc) in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience using frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms or distributed computing (GCP preferred, but AWS or Azure also welcome).
- A genuine interest in sports and data-driven decision making.
