Lead Data Strategy & Architecture Consultant
Contract: 8-12 weeks
Engagement Objective
Lead the data discovery and shape a pragmatic roadmap for establishing a modern data management capability for one of our clients, delivering the architecture, governance approach, operating model and implementation plan required to move into delivery.
Key Outcomes
By the end of the engagement the consultant will have delivered:
- Discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Current state assessment of data, reporting and architecture landscape
- Target data architecture
- Microsoft Fabric / OneLake recommendations
- Data governance and ownership model
- Priority use case definition
- Data product blueprint
- Delivery roadmap
- High-level implementation plan
- Risks, assumptions and dependencies log
