We’re supporting a growing digital transformation organisation looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join its team and help deliver cutting-edge digital solutions for a range of clients.
This is a varied role, with opportunities to lead discovery phases alongside service and product designers, as well as support established teams delivering ongoing improvements. You’ll play a key role in helping teams work effectively and ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Driving Agile delivery and facilitating teams to achieve their full potential.
- Communicating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Providing strong leadership and fostering positive team culture across internal and client teams.
- Applying a broad range of delivery approaches, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models, selecting the right approach for each context.
- Using a variety of delivery techniques, tools and artefacts to manage teams and delivery on a day-to-day basis.
- Leading continuous improvement, removing impediments and encouraging a "fail fast, learn fast" culture.
- Working with clients to develop Agile practices and ways of working, including mentoring and supporting their teams.
- Contributing to the wider Delivery community through communities of practice, knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

It would be great if you also have experience with
- Mentoring and supporting Delivery Academies or similar development programmes.
- Raising the profile of Delivery through industry events, presentations, workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and identifying opportunities to support future work.
- Managing budgets, statements of work and supplier relationships.
- Using tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Trello, Confluence and Google Workspace.
- An interest in emerging technologies and finding new ways to improve delivery practices and outcomes.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office
