Lead Digital Delivery Manager

Up to £90,000 + 10% bonus + benefits

Hybrid: 1–2 days per month (various offices around the UK)

Ad-hoc London travel | Expenses covered for eligible travel


We’re looking for an experienced Lead Digital Delivery Manager to take a key leadership role within a growing digital delivery function within an exciting renewable energy company.


This is an opportunity to lead and develop a team of Project Manager and Delivery Managers, while setting the standards for how complex digital and technology projects are delivered across the organisation.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Digital Delivery Managers
  • Own and improve delivery methodologies, governance and project standards
  • Provide senior oversight and assurance across a portfolio of digital projects
  • Manage escalations, risks, issues, budgets and delivery quality
  • Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered effectively from mobilisation through to deployment and transition into service
  • Support resource planning, supplier management and portfolio delivery
  • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high-quality delivery

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience delivering complex IT/digital projects and programmes
  • Proven experience leading and line managing Project/Delivery Managers
  • Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk, change control and assurance
  • Experience across a broad technology landscape
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging delivery decisions
  • Experience across Agile, Waterfall and/or hybrid delivery environments
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar qualification is desirable
