Why Valtech?

We’re the experience innovation company - a trusted partner to the world’s most recognized brands. To our people we offer growth opportunities, a values-driven culture, international careers and the chance to shape the future of experience.

The Opportunity

At Valtech, you’ll find an environment designed for continuous learning, meaningful impact, and professional growth. Whether you're pioneering new digital solutions, challenging conventional thinking or building the next generation of customer experiences, your work will help transform industries.

We Are Proud Of

  • The work we do and innovation we drive
  • Our Values of share, care and dare
  • A workplace culture that fosters creativity, diversity and autonomy
  • Our borderless, global framework, which enables seamless collaboration

The Role

As a Lead Delivery Manager at Valtech you will need to be able to walk the line between the customer needs, the Delivery team’s needs and Valtech’s needs. That means you will be accountable for ensuring that the work being delivered by the team on the ground is in line with our commercial agreements and agreed commercial outcomes. In order to do this you will need to manage expectations and risk both internally and externally and be prepared to have difficult conversations and hold others to account where necessary.

Role Responsibilities

  • Facilitate cross-team coordination and manage interdependencies.
  • Drive delivery cadence and maintain momentum across teams.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for Product Owners and Tech Leads.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-stream impacts.
  • Create and maintain programme-level artefacts (integrated plans, RAIDD logs, resourcing forecasts, progress reporting).
  • Align outputs to strategic goals set by the Programme governance and clients.
  • Facilitate workshops for cross-stream planning and critical path mapping.
  • Consolidate stream-level reporting into a coherent executive summary.
  • Enforce standardised processes across teams (quality gates, documentation, reporting).
  • Support communications between client stakeholders and delivery teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
