About the Role

Here at Haier Europe (Candy, Hoover, Haier) our ambition is simple; to be the number one Domestic Appliance and Smart Home business in the UK and Ireland. As we grow our business, we are now looking for a new Lead Demand Planner who will play an integral part in the S&OP process across the UK and Ireland.

As Lead Demand Planner, you’ll have an essential role within the supply chain, playing an integral part in the S&OP process. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising the demand signal which is sent across to the central planning department with responsibility for supporting inventory strategy, and improving availability performance, both at customer and Regional Distribution Centre level. You’ll also collaborate with and support the Demand and Supply Chain Planning Manager and team members.

Requirements

With experience of working in a demand planning/forecasting role in an FMCG/Consumer Electronics/Consumer Durable environment, you’ll have excellent working knowledge of supply chain principles and knowledge and experience of working with an ERP system. Customer focused with high attention to detail, you’ll have excellent numerical and analytical skills, the ability to identify risks and highlight the appropriate action to mitigate these and demonstrable experience of utilising analytical information to influence stakeholders.

You’ll be based at our Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG) with hybrid working available (3 days office/2 days home).
