We're looking for a Lead Design Engineer to lead and mentor a team of engineers delivering LV, HV and ideally EHV electricity network designs, while acting as the technical expert on complex, high-profile projects.

What we're looking for:
- LV/HV electricity network design experience (EHV desirable)
- Background within a DNO, IDNO or ICP
- Experience using WinDebut, IPSA, VisNet or similar
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
- Strong technical, stakeholder and problem-solving skills
