12-month contract | London 5 days per week
I’m looking for a senior design systems specialist for a long-term contract within a large consumer digital product environment. This needs someone who has owned and evolved modern design systems, not only used an existing component library.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve modern design systems rather than only using an existing component library.
- Work within a large consumer digital product environment.
- Apply systems thinking to deliver shipped outcomes.
- Manage governance, adoption, and stakeholder relationships around the design system.
Qualifications
Strong portfolio evidence showing systems thinking and shipped outcomes.
Required Skills
- Hands-on design systems leadership
- Expert Figma capability
- Native iOS and Android product experience
- A working understanding of accessibility and WCAG 2.2 standards
- Governance, adoption, and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills
Financial services or fintech experience is useful, but the quality and scale of your design-system work matters most.
