LEAD DESIGNER / ART DIRECTOR – CONCEPTUAL & BRAND FOCUS FOR GLOBAL DIGITAL-FIRST BRAND

This is a senior leadership role within a fast-scaling, digital-first business operating at the intersection of emerging technology, creativity, and commerce. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, brand-shaping role within a fast-scaling, digital-first business operating internationally.

While the business is already well established, it’s still early in its journey, with ambitious plans to expand beyond its core product into a new generation of AI-enabled, personalized experiences.

This hire will play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand evolves through its next phase of growth. You’ll take ownership of creative direction across marketing and brand touchpoints, helping define how the brand shows up during its next phase of growth.

What they need

  • Someone who can lead concept and creative direction across high-volume, performance-led marketing, particularly email and assets for acquisition channels
  • A brand-led, digital native designer, who can help the Creative Director evolve their brand identity and drive the design direction forward
  • A design leader, who can oversee everything from email ideation, through to building systems that allow creativity to scale without losing craft (constantly balancing commercial goals with creative standards)
  • Someone deeply fluent in Figma, able to build, evolve, and document scalable design systems that others rely on
  • A senior designer who's comfortable being hands-on when needed, especially during peak seasonal moments, while spending the majority of time on direction and quality
  • Someone experienced working closely with growth, CRM, and ecommerce teams, who understands onboarding journeys, performance levers, and iteration
  • A digital native designer, who can confidently navigate strong opinions and multiple stakeholders, who's able to hold a point of view, test ideas, and adapt based on what performs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
