Lead DevSecOps Engineer / Elite Engineering Team / London
This isn't a DevSecOps role where you simply maintain existing infrastructure.
You'll own and shape the engineering platform behind an elite technical team building complex, mission-critical technology.
A rapidly growing, well-funded deep-tech company is looking for an exceptional Lead DevSecOps Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of its internal developer platform and define how engineers build, secure and deploy software.

- Work alongside an exceptionally strong engineering team with a very high technical bar
- Own the developer platform end-to-end
- Define the roadmap and technical direction
- Genuine autonomy and influence from day one
- Build and mentor the DevSecOps function as the company scales
- Build security, compliance and observability into the development lifecycle
What they're looking for
- Experience building internal developer platforms or sophisticated CI/CD ecosystems
- Deep expertise across Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience
- Experience with CI/CD, GitOps and automated deployments
- Strong competency in scripting or systems programming
