Lead DevSecOps Engineer

You’ll take technical ownership of the DevSecOps platform, setting the roadmap and making the key decisions around tooling, architecture and engineering standards.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on lead role with real technical ownership. You’ll improve the developer experience while making software delivery more secure, reliable and repeatable.

  • Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling

What you’ll bring

  • Experience building developer platforms, platform tooling or complex CI/CD environments
  • Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge
  • Hands-on Kubernetes experience
  • Terraform, OpenTofu or Pulumi
  • Python, Go or Bash scripting/software engineering skills
  • Strong understanding of secure software delivery and modern DevSecOps
  • A mindset focused on automation, simplicity and developer experience

  • This is primarily an office-based role, working closely with software, AI and infrastructure engineering teams.
  • You’ll need the right to work in the UK and be eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
