Lead Document Controller/Team Coordinator (Engineering & Architecture)

£32,000-£45,000

Full-Time, Hybrid, Central London

An established and reputable engineering practice is looking for an organised Lead Document Controller/Team Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a varied position which combines team coordination, administrative support and overall responsibility for document control across a range of high-profile projects.

The practice is highly respected for their intelligent, innovative design solutions and work with leading developers and architects. As an employee-owned business, they are committed to investing in people and offer a myriad of excellent benefits, including 37 days’ annual leave, frequent chef-prepared meals, and many social activities, as well as hybrid working.

The role involves support Directors and project teams with diary management, meetings, presentations and general administration, while leading document control processes through online portals and EDMS platforms. The role requires ensuring project information is accurate, compliant, and up to date, and you will be a key point of contact for internal teams, clients and consultants.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
