This company is developing a new generation of products that combine advanced sensors, RF systems, electronics, software, autonomy and guidance technologies.
The company is growing rapidly and is now looking for an ambitious, hands-on Lead Electronics Engineer to take ownership of critical hardware development across multiple product platforms while helping scale the electronics capability of the organisation.
This is a rare opportunity to remain highly hands-on technically, influence system architecture, build a high-performing engineering team and play a key role in delivering innovative, cutting-edge technology products.

Lead Electronics Engineer Requirements:
- Strong background in electronic hardware design and product development
- Experience leading complex product, platform or subsystem development programmes
- Proven experience with analogue, digital and mixed-signal electronics
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through challenging technical problems

Additional Skills of Interest:
- Start-up experience
- Aerospace, defence, missile, radar, UAV or space industry experience
- FPGA-based systems experience
- RF electronics or signal processing hardware knowledge
- Environmental and EMC qualification experience
- Embedded software skills for board bring-up and debugging
