Are you an experienced Lead Engineer looking for your next challenge within Facilities Management? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading provider on a temporary contract, overseeing engineering operations at a busy and high-profile site in London.

As the Lead Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing maintenance delivery, supporting compliance, and leading a multi-skilled engineering team to ensure high standards across the site.

The Role

As The Lead Engineer, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Leading and supporting a multi-skilled Hard FM engineering team
  • Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance across M&E systems
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining audit readiness
  • Managing subcontractors and supporting service delivery standards
  • Driving operational performance and continuous improvement across the site

This is a Monday to Friday position, working 40 hours per week within a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

About You

To succeed as a Lead Engineer, you will ideally have:

  • Level 3 qualification or above in an engineering discipline
  • Previous experience leading engineering or maintenance teams
  • Strong understanding of compliance and maintenance operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to service delivery
