🛠️ ROLE: Lead Mobile Engineer
🕐 HOURS: Monday to Friday, 40 hours
📍 LOCATION: Bristol
🛣️ POSITION: Mobile - Oxford, Southampton, and other sites
🚚 Company Van offered for travel
Mitie have a new opportunity for an organised and proactive Engineering Supervisor to perform engineering work within the area in an efficient and safe manner, with repairs undertaken as appropriate. This will mean ensuring all planned maintenance is carried out in line with its scheduled date, that Health & Safety policies are adhered to, and that there is compliance with the agreed MITIE framework.

Main duties:
- Travelling to our sites to perform maintenance and reactive works
- Ensure all equipment and services are kept and functioned safely according to Health & Safety
- Ensure your engineers are aware of safety procedures on site
- Be responsible for a team of engineers including day engineers & shift engineers
- Perform ad hoc duties on site; fabric works etc. that are needed
- Ensuring KPIs and SLA's are met are a key part of this role

What we are looking for:
- Experience in people management, supervisory or team leader skills
- Experience within electrical repair work and be able to carry out all aspects of maintenance
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages
- Experience within maintenance, fabric works
- Any trade qualifications or H&S would be highly desirable
- Be available to join a call out rota and hold a full UK driving licence
