This role will be based on the University campus.
About the Role
As a Lead Exam Invigilator you will support a secure, professional, and efficient delivery of University of Leeds examinations across both paper-based and digital formats.
Working under the direction of a Sub-Office Manager/Assessment and Progress Team, the post-holder oversees examination sessions from preparation to completion, ensures compliance with University regulations, and provides leadership and guidance to Exam Invigilators.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee examination sessions from preparation to completion
- Ensure compliance with University regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to Exam Invigilators
Requirements
The role requires strong organizational skills, confident decision-making, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain calm, fair, and secure examination conditions.
Regular walking across campus and transporting examination materials is expected; therefore, a suitable level of physical ability is required.
