Exchange Connectivity Operations Manager
The Role
Join a leading crypto trading firm to own the exchange onboarding process from contract signing through to go-live and ongoing support. Working across trading, engineering, sales and exchange partners, you'll ensure integrations are delivered on time, tested thoroughly and maintained effectively. This is a 50% operations / 50% technical coordination role, ideal for someone organised, proactive and eager to deepen their understanding of crypto market infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own exchange onboarding from contract to production.
- Coordinate with trading, engineering, sales and exchange partners.
- Manage API configuration, testing and go-live readiness.
- Track integration progress, upgrades and exchange changes.
- Support technical reviews and identify blockers early.
- Maintain documentation and ongoing exchange relationships.

Requirements
- 2+ years in crypto trading, exchanges or digital asset infrastructure.
- Understanding of REST/WebSocket APIs, exchange connectivity and testing.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable reading API documentation and assessing integrations.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Nice to Have
- Experience with exchange integrations, FIX, Jira/Notion/Linear.
- Knowledge of CEX/DEX infrastructure.
- Basic Python or scripting experience.
