About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to become a trusted partner to our Chief Financial Officer while supporting the wider Finance leadership team.

This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. At least 30% of your time will be dedicated to partnering directly with the CFO, ensuring they can focus on the highest-value priorities. The remainder of your role will focus on driving operational excellence across the Finance organisation, coordinating strategic initiatives and helping turn discussions into execution.

You'll bring structure to complexity, connect teams across the business and ensure priorities continue to move forward. Acting as the operational backbone of the Finance leadership team, you'll combine exceptional organisation with sound judgement, discretion and a proactive approach to problem solving.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of AI, voice and language technology while partnering closely with one of our executive leaders.

What you'll do

As the Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to our CFO, you'll play a key role in enabling both the CFO and the wider Finance leadership team to operate at their best. While you'll provide exceptional executive support, you'll also help drive operational excellence, coordinate strategic priorities and bring structure to a fast-moving environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
