Lead Executive Assistant
Location: Slough
We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice and balance.

We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.

About The Role
As Lead Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-level support to our CEO while leading a team of three Executive Assistants. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll manage complex schedules, critical communications and stakeholder relationships, enabling the CEO to focus on driving the business forward. You’ll also own the planning and delivery of key internal events and set the standard for excellence across the EA community. This is a pivotal role requiring discretion, agility and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

What will you be doing?
Executive support:
- Manage the CEO’s complex diary and travel
- Handle confidential communications
- Prepare board papers and presentations
- Act as a trusted liaison with stakeholders
Strategic support:
- Provide concise briefings
- Track CEO-driven initiatives
- Support leadership meetings and business-wide events
Event ownership:
- Lead planning and delivery of major internal events, ensuring consistency, brand alignment and excellent colleague experience
Office excellence:
- Oversee CEO expenses, documentation and governance materials
- Drive process improvements for efficiency
Team leadership:
- Coach and develop a team of three Executive Assistants
- Set service standards and champion best practice across the EA community

Job Requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:
- Proven experience as an EA supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced FMCG or corporate environment
- Experience shaping an EA function – driving efficiencies, setting standards and leading change
- Ability to use data, insight and feedback to improve processes and ways of working
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping shape an evolving model
- Line management experience and confidence in leading a team
- High level of digital literacy (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and strong business acumen
