About the Role: Experience Design Team

The Experience Design team shapes digital experiences people love to engage with. This collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment thrives on innovation, from ideation to execution. Duties include:

  • Crafting virtual and physical touchpoints—from websites and mobile apps to AI-powered products, advertising, and editorial systems.
  • Balancing visual artistry with user-first design and technical rigor.
  • Acting as both visionary and builder, leading teams while rolling up sleeves to achieve architectural and aesthetic goals.
  • Guiding design vision, standards, and user needs to align with business and technical constraints in an agile environment.

The perfect fit loves designing at scale, solving complex problems, and pushing creative emerging media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop cutting-edge digital experiences for diverse mediums.
  • Lead design systems using Figma variables, tokens, and component libraries to minimize redundancy and collaborate effectively in multi-tool workflows.
  • Elevate user engagement through rapid ideation and finely polished visual solutions.
  • Employ AI research and tools for design innovation, not just experimentation.
  • Advise leadership on strategic UX and experience direction.
  • Influence design taste, quality, and best practices across the organization.
  • Align functionalities with ethics, accessibility, and transparent user decision-making.

Job Requirements

Must Have

  • Portfolio demonstrating:
    • Beautiful, functional design spanning devices and contexts.
    • Evidence of scaled design systems showing thoughtful architecture.
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital products, memberships, or platforms.
    • Hybrid UX/CXIGINAL and visual craft—abilities to adapt rapidly and finalize strong ideas early.
  • Proof of excellence in applying master principles: color, typography, illustration, micro-interactions and motion.
  • Commitment to careful detail and robust collaboration across disciplines and cultures.
  • Technical awareness of AI tools and trends, expressed through exploration of mid to high-level use cases.
  • Strong independent judgment and the ability to justify complex decisions.

Stronger Preferred

  • Advanced prototype and production skills for high-fidelity iterations.
  • Portfolio work demonstrating expertise in AI product design, using AI as foundational knowledge rather than ornamental.
  • Background in ethical user principles and iterative design—incorporating those values natively in frameworks.
  • Advanced UX/UI collaborations rooted in research and user insights.
  • Deep experience partnering across design, tech, and business priorities.
  • Technical awareness of modern digital tech stacks and user behaviors within or across platforms.

  • Basic front-end understanding of HTML, CSS, and CSS frameworks.
  • Exposure to creative toolkits, marketing stacks, or design automation workflows.
