Meaningful Work From Day One:
The Lead Financial Analyst – Revenue Growth Management, EAA will play a critical role in helping Brown-Forman drive sustainable, profitable growth across Europe, Africa and Asia. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Growth Management EAA, this role will serve as a divisional expert in RGM analytics, pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, trade investment productivity, mix optimization and commercial financial decision support. You will work closely with Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Global teams, and market leadership teams to turn data into insight, insight into action, and action into measurable business value. This is a highly visible individual contributor role for someone who enjoys solving complex commercial problems, influencing senior stakeholders and building capabilities across diverse markets.
What You Can Expect:
Planning, Forecasting and Performance Management
- Support planning and forecasting cycles with RGM-driven insights.
- Build dashboards, scorecards and performance routines to track RGM progress.
- Connect market actions to financial outcomes, including NSV, gross profit, operating income and ROI.
- Provide clear, concise analysis for business reviews and strategic planning discussions.
- Help establish consistent RGM performance metrics across EAA.
Pricing and Commercial Decision Support
- Develop pricing and scenario models to support annual planning, strategic price moves and market decision-making.
- Assess brand price positioning versus competitors by market, channel and pack.
- Support markets in evaluating pricing choices, commercial terms and customer profitability.
- Help quantify the financial impact of pricing, mix, tax, margin and route-to-market dynamics.
- Translate pricing analysis into practical recommendations for Finance and Commercial leaders.

Promotional Effectiveness and Trade Investment
- Build consistent tools and approaches to evaluate promotional performance.
- Analyze promotional uplift, ROI, margin impact and repeatability of key activities.
- Help markets improve trade investment productivity and decision governance.
- Identify opportunities to shift investment toward higher-return activities.
- Create clear post-event reviews and action plans for key brands, customers and channels.
Price-Pack Architecture and Mix Optimization
- Analyze brand, pack, channel and customer mix to identify profitable growth opportunities.
- Support price-pack architecture evaluations and innovation pricing assumptions.
- Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to support premiumization and portfolio strategy.
- Identify where mix shifts can improve profitability and brand equity.
- Support markets in connecting portfolio strategy to financial outcomes.
Capability Building
- Coach and support market teams in using RGM tools, templates and methodologies.
- Create scalable playbooks, models and learning materials.
- Facilitate cross-market sharing of insights and best practices.
- Help move the organization from reporting activity to making insight-led decisions.
- Act as a trusted partner and thought leader for RGM across the division.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Analytics or a related field.
- Strong experience in finance, revenue growth management, commercial analytics, sales finance, category management, pricing or business planning.
- Ability to build recommendations, not just reports.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to influence across functions, cultures and levels without direct authority.
- Comfort working through ambiguity and building structure where processes are still evolving.
- Curiosity, ownership mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
What Makes You Unique:
- Experience in beverage alcohol, FMCG or premium branded consumer goods.
- Experience working across multiple markets, regions or route-to-market models.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python, R or AI-enabled analytics.
