Flexzo Teach | Lead Football Coach

Flexible weekend sports coaching opportunities with a growing sports academy across local school venues in the Warrington area. We are seeking talented Lead Football Coaches with exceptional people skills and a passion for developing young children’s confidence, creativity, and sports skills. Join our team to help shape young people into confident, caring sportspeople - whether sparking a love for active play or helping children refine their teamwork and football technical skills.

What You Need

  • Minimum FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification (mandatory)
  • Proven experience working with children and coaching football
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with parents, players, and venue staff
  • Own transport (essential for traveling to various school and local locations across Warrington with coaching equipment)
  • Excellent organizational skills, honesty, punctuality, and a positive, team-first attitude
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check and photo ID

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, safe, and high-quality football coaching sessions for young players
  • Manage session setups and ensure all coaching equipment is safely transported, set up, and cleared away
  • Build strong relationships by communicating effectively with parents and providing constructive feedback on player development
  • Maintain a friendly, outgoing attitude, promote positive sporting values, and keep coaching equipment well-presented
