Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer – Java + AWS
📍 Location: Glasgow, UK
🏢 Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite
💼 Contract Role
⏳ Experience: 8–12 Years
We’re looking for a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to take architectural ownership, provide technical leadership, and drive enterprise-scale platform transformation.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead frontend deliverables from discovery through production
- Architect scalable, resilient platform-first solutions
- Shape SDLC practices and engineering delivery frameworks
- Drive adoption of enterprise AI-assisted development tools
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence
- Partner with Product, UX/UI, and engineering teams
- Ensure security, accessibility, testing, and compliance by default
- Resolve complex technical challenges across multiple teams
