As a Sales Executive
Are you a motivated sales professional looking to maximise your earnings and thrive in a supportive, high-performing team? As a Sales Executive within our Fuel Cards business, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships with customers, identifying opportunities and delivering tailored fuel card solutions. What you’ll be doing
- Making high-volume outbound B2B sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Identifying customer needs and providing tailored fuel card solutions.
- Managing a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts.
- Negotiating commercial terms and successfully closing sales opportunities.
- Building strong customer relationships to maximise retention and growth.
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing team that supports shared success.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance objectives.
What we’ll need from you
- Previous success in a sales, telesales, or contact centre environment.
- A proven ability to work towards and exceed targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Confidence using CRM systems and sales technology.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to succeed.
- A team-focused attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
