Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Lead Generation specialist. The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads across target markets such as hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare suppliers. Daily activities include conducting market research, building prospect lists, initiating contact via email, phone, and online platforms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or lead tracking tools. The Lead Generation specialist will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support outreach campaigns, nurture leads, and schedule follow-up meetings or calls. The role also includes monitoring lead performance, providing insights on market trends, and contributing to strategies that expand the company’s global customer base.

Qualifications

  • Lead Generation, New Leads, and Sales skills to identify, qualify, and support conversion of prospects.
  • Market Research skills to analyze target markets, identify potential customers, and understand industry trends.
  • Strong Communication skills for professional outreach via email, phone, and online channels.
  • Experience working with CRM or lead management tools and maintaining organized, accurate data.
  • Background in medical devices, healthcare supply, or B2B sales is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
  • Prior experience in international markets or export-focused lead generation is a plus.
  • Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
