Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation role based in Doncaster. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify new leads for financial services, focusing on private medical insurance, life insurance, and various finance products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conducting market research
- Maintaining accurate records of prospects
- Engaging with potential customers via phone, email, and digital channels
- Collaborating with the sales team to hand off high-quality opportunities
- Following clear compliance guidelines
- Meeting individual and team performance targets
The successful candidate will contribute to a fast-paced environment where data-driven decision-making and consistent follow-up are critical.

- Experience identifying and nurturing new leads, with strong lead generation skills.
- Ability to perform market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Strong communication skills for engaging prospects and building rapport.
- Sales-oriented mindset, with comfort in working towards targets and KPIs.
- Previous experience in financial services or call center environments is beneficial.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software to manage lead data.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site setting.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
