Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Generator, you will play a key role in supporting a leading healthcare brand by:
- Identifying and qualifying opportunities within a designated customer portfolio
- Generating high-quality leads for field-based medical representatives
- Engaging with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and interests
- Scheduling appointments and facilitating valuable customer interactions
- Building and maintaining professional relationships
- Managing and developing a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed performance targets
- Accurately recording customer interactions and activity within internal systems
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience with every interaction
- Developing a strong understanding of the NHS, healthcare environment, and pharmaceutical industry
