LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE
Whaley Bridge, High Peak or Wakefield
£35,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS
Are you confident on the phone, commercially switched on, and brilliant at turning opportunities into conversations?
Get Recruited is partnering with a successful, long-established group that is continuing to grow its product range, customer base, and market reach.
Following recent expansion, the business is creating a brand-new Lead Generation Executive position. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a £50m-turnover group, work with an established sales team, and take ownership of a huge bank of potential customers across the UK and Europe.
This role would suit a Lead Generation Executive, Sales Development Representative, Business Development Executive, Telesales Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Sales Executive, Appointment Setter, Outbound Sales Executive, New Business Executive or Business Development Representative who loves picking up the phone, generating interest and booking quality meetings.
THE LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE ROLE:
As the Lead Generation Executive, you'll manage the opening stages of the sales cycle, identifying opportunities, contacting potential customers and booking meetings for the field-based sales team.
The company already receives strong website traffic, with up to 100+ new enquiries and visits in a week from across the UK and Europe. You'll have plenty of contacts, warm opportunities and untapped markets to work with from day one.
The business currently supplies mainly through distributors but is now looking to reach more end users and promote new product ranges across the construction, landscaping, gardening and trade sectors.
This isn't a scripted call-centre role. The Lead Generation Executive will be encouraged to bring ideas, test new approaches and make the position their own. There will also be opportunities to support product launches, demonstrations, social media activity and potential TikTok campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
