The Role

Reporting directly to our Key Account Director, Isla Eadle, you will take ownership of a pre-qualified database of 1,000 lapsed B2B customer accounts, representing over £1 million in pipeline potential.

This is a fully office-based outbound sales role focused on account reactivation rather than cold calling blind data. You'll reconnect with former trade customers, identify current business needs, introduce Auto4's comprehensive product range, and create qualified opportunities for our Field Sales and Telesales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of 1,000 lapsed customer accounts, executing a structured outreach programme to re-engage previous buyers.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound activity through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify customer requirements by engaging with garage owners, workshop managers, and purchasing decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for consumable supply, tools, equipment, and wider Auto4 product solutions.
  • Assess customer needs and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Field Sales or Telesales team members.
  • Book qualified meetings, consultations, and product demonstrations for the sales team where required.
  • Act as the professional first point of contact for returning customers, rebuilding relationships and understanding previous buying behavior.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all communications, account updates, and opportunity statuses are fully documented.
  • Support the wider sales strategy by generating a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads and appointments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
