We differentiate ourselves by our ability to provide SMEs with fleet and connectivity products and services in a single solution, as well as customized solutions for enterprise-level businesses.

You’ll report to Becky Barton, Sales Supervisor, on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.

  • Build, manage, and nurture a healthy sales pipeline by systematically tracking opportunities, ensuring timely progression, and maintaining organised records of all customer interactions within our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to ensure smooth handovers and seamless customer experiences from initial engagement through to sale
  • Accurately record and update all customer interactions, pipeline activity, and sales opportunities within our CRM system with precision and consistency
  • Conduct thorough research and qualification of leads to ensure only high-quality opportunities aligned with our telematics solutions are advanced to the sales team
  • Consistently achieve individual activity targets, pipeline development goals, and referral metrics whilst contributing to the broader success of the team
  • Provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer pain points in fleet operations, and competitive intelligence to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
