Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive
Location: London (Hybrid)
Nagarro is a global digital engineering and technology consultancy with over 18,000 employees across more than 35 countries. We help clients modernise technology, transform data capabilities, and deliver complex digital change across sectors including financial services, insurance, retail, public sector, and technology.
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our UK business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new opportunities within target accounts. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in lead generation, sales development, recruitment, or business development who enjoys speaking with people, opening doors, and creating opportunities through proactive outreach.
What you'll be doing
- Research and identify target organisations and key decision-makers across the UK market
- Build prospect lists and execute outbound campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Generate and qualify leads aligned to Nagarro's consulting and technology services
- Engage prospective clients to understand business challenges and initiatives
- Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales and consulting leaders
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity within HubSpot
- Track outreach activity, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Support marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and follow-up activities
- Contribute ideas around messaging, targeting, and market engagement strategies

What we're looking for
- 3+ years' experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, recruitment, or a similar outbound environment
- A confident communicator who is comfortable engaging prospective clients by phone, video, email, and LinkedIn
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders ideally across financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or other highly regulated industries
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage outreach activity and personal targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of the UK business landscape and experience engaging UK-based stakeholders
- Comfortable having commercial conversations with managers, directors, and senior decision-makers
