We now have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join us as a Lead Generation Executive in IT Managed Services (office-based in Birmingham).

Role Overview
The Lead Generation Executive (Managed Services) plays a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities across our Managed IT Services portfolio - including support, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
You’ll work closely with the Digital Experience and Sales teams to identify prospects, conduct outreach, qualify leads, and generate meetings for the Managed Services team. The role blends outbound activity, campaign follow-up, and relationship-building to open doors and create commercial opportunities.
This is a development role, offering a career pathway into Business Development, Account Management, or Specialist Service Sales for high performers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to promote Probrand’s Managed IT Services portfolio.
- Follow up on marketing-qualified leads, vendor campaigns, events, and platform-generated opportunities.
- Qualify leads using structured frameworks to understand customer pain points, priorities, and timing.
- Book discovery meetings and service consultations for the Managed Services sales specialists.
- Work with the Services Sales Manager to identify dormant or low-spend accounts suitable for a managed service conversation.
- Support marketing initiatives by representing Managed Services at exhibitions, webinars, and customer events.
Campaign Management & Reporting
- Work alongside marketing to execute targeted outreach aligned to sector-specific campaigns (predominately Private sector).
- Maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring all call notes, actions, and opportunities are recorded and followed up.
- Report on daily activity, pipeline creation, and campaign performance.
Customer Engagement & Collaboration
- Develop a sound understanding of our Managed IT Services - including support, backup, cloud, network management, and cybersecurity offerings.
- Confidently communicate the commercial and operational benefits of outsourcing IT services.
- Collaborate with account managers and service delivery teams to ensure a consistent, customer-centric experience.
- Share market feedback and prospect insights to help refine messaging and service positioning.

Core Competencies
- Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or inside sales within an IT or B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Confident speaking to senior stakeholders and technical buyers.
- Organised, proactive, and disciplined in managing pipelines and follow-ups.
- Motivated by achieving targets and generating tangible results.
- Team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
