Lead Generation Executive (Part Time, Office Based)
SinglePoint Calls Ltd | Daventry, NN11
Part time | 10 to 15 hours a week to start | £13.00 to £15.00 an hour, depending on experience

WHO WE ARE
SinglePoint Calls is a 24/7 telephone answering and business support company based at Heritage House in Daventry. We're a team of around 45, all under one roof, handling around 60,000 calls a month for clients across the UK. Our outbound team is the fastest growing part of the business, and we need another experienced caller to join it.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll be making outbound calls on behalf of our clients. One hour you might be booking test drives for a car leasing company, the next you're setting up meetings for a web design agency or an IT support provider. Every client has their own campaign, their own script and their own goals, and you'll switch between them through the week.

Day to day you will:
- Make outbound calls across several client campaigns, working from live data sheets
- Book appointments and generate qualified leads
- Answer return calls when prospects ring back, in the client's name
- Log every call and outcome in our bespoke CRM
- Keep client reports accurate in Excel and SharePoint
- Work closely with our Lead Generation Manager on results
Our clients pay for your time by the hour, so being effective matters. We want someone who gets through a call list properly, holds a decent conversation, and turns that into bookings.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in lead generation, appointment booking or outbound sales
- Confident on the phone, good at listening, not thrown by a no
- Comfortable switching between industries and scripts in the same day
- Organised with data, with Excel and SharePoint experience
- Reliable, self-motivated and happy working to targets

WHAT YOU GET
- £13 to £15 an hour, depending on experience
- 10 to 15 hours a week to start, with more hours as the department grows
- A proper office with a friendly, established team (not a call centre floor)

HOURS AND LOCATION
Office based at Heritage House, 1 Vicar Lane, Daventry, NN11 4GD. Weekdays, during office hours. Days and times agreed with you.
