As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging with decision-makers and securing quality appointments for our Business Development team. You'll be expected to maintain a high level of daily activity while delivering quality opportunities that contribute to the growth of the business.
In return, you'll receive a competitive basic salary, commission structure and the opportunity to progress into a Business Development Executive role. This role is office-based in York, North Yorkshire, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. However, for candidates with significant lead generation or sales experience and a proven track record of delivering results, remote working arrangements may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective clients
- Handle inbound enquiries and identify new business opportunities
- Book quality appointments for the Business Development team
- Gather key information regarding existing parking providers, contract arrangements and business requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Accurately record all activity and customer information within the CRM system
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual KPI and lead generation targets
- Work closely with Business Development Executives to maximise conversion opportunities
- Attend team meetings, training sessions and development workshops
- Share market intelligence and sales opportunities with the wider team

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident and resilient sales professional who enjoys speaking to people and creating opportunities. You'll be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, working towards targets and building relationships with business decision-makers. Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, business development or outbound sales would be highly advantageous.
To be successful in this role you'll need:

- Strong organisational and CRM skills
- The ability to work towards and exceed KPI targets
- A proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation
