Salary: 28-32k basic (experience dependant) + uncapped commission (20k OTE in year one)
Hours: 9-5:30 Mon-Fri

We're looking for a driven Lead Generation Executive to help fuel the growth of an innovative, market-leading business by identifying and engaging potential clients across the United States. This isn't your typical sales role—you'll combine research, relationship building and outbound prospecting to create exciting commercial opportunities that directly impact business growth.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of a collaborative Business Development team, you'll be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

- Researching businesses, projects and decision-makers across the US market.
- Proactively reaching out to prospective clients via phone, LinkedIn, email and other outbound channels.
- Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the Business Development team.
- Building and maintaining accurate prospect data within the CRM.
- Working closely with Business Development Managers on key target accounts and strategic opportunities.
- Supporting client presentations and sales initiatives where required.
- Becoming an expert in identifying the right businesses and contacts to drive future revenue.
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who enjoys speaking with people, loves a challenge and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in lead generation, business development or outbound sales.
- An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- A naturally inquisitive mindset with strong research abilities.
- Confidence using LinkedIn and other prospecting platforms.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience with contact databases such as Lusha, ZoomInfo or similar (desirable).
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a genuine hunger to succeed.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
