Lead Generation Retail Sales Specialist
£14.77 per hour PAYE | 12-Month Contract | Hybrid Working
Location: Tongwell, Milton Keynes (3 days office / 2 days home)
Hours: Rotating shifts
- Week 1: 09:00 - 17:30
- Week 2: 11:00 - 19:30

Make a Difference Every Day
As a Lead Generation Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging customers through outbound calls and online channels, identifying needs and creating high-quality sales opportunities for the retailer network.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting current and prospective customers to generate sales leads
- Building rapport quickly and developing engaging customer conversations
- Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable products and offers
- Managing customer enquiries through telephone and digital channels
- Accurately recording customer information and lead details
- Ensuring all activity complies with FCA and GDPR requirements
- Delivering outstanding customer service and quality standards
- Supporting retailer partners by creating and sharing qualified sales opportunities

Who We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer service or contact centre environments
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to work towards targets and performance objectives
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of customers
- Experience within a regulated sales environment (desirable)
- Knowledge of the automotive sector (advantageous but not essential)
