Maverrik

Maverrik helps businesses grow through consultancy, training, and managed services. We’re expanding our Managed Services team and are looking for a creative, confident, and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Social Selling Specialist to help our clients shine on LinkedIn.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, building relationships, and generating leads through social media while delivering outstanding client results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and post engaging content for client LinkedIn profiles.
  • Manage social inboxes, respond to messages, and maintain client engagement.
  • Grow LinkedIn connections and manage social selling campaigns to generate leads.
  • Support webinars and events, including invitations, promotion, and follow-ups.
  • Track performance using analytics, reporting on results, and optimizing content strategies.
  • Act as an ambassador for Maverrik, sharing updates, blogs, and industry insights on your own profile.
  • Onboard new clients and maintain strong communication throughout campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and account management.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills; confident on client calls and in building relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting digital tools and systems.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn about B2B industries, products, and services.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using social media analytics tools.
  • Previous exposure to B2B lead generation and social selling.
  • Webinar or virtual event experience.
