Lead Generation Specialist | Commercial Office Design & Build / Fit-Out

I’m working with a market-leading commercial interior Design & Build specialist headquartered in Birmingham city centre. Turning over nearly £40m and delivering high-impact workplace transformations across the UK, they are recognized as one of the premier names in the fit-out and refurbishment sector.

To support their expanding business development engine, they are seeking an articulate, sharp Lead Generation Specialist (Workplace Advisor) to drive targeted new business outreach. Working directly alongside an ambitious Business Development team in a modern, collaborative city-centre office, this is a central role for a consultative dynamic phone communicator who excels at unearthing commercial property opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you’ll have proven experience in outbound phone-based lead generation, business development, or appointment setting specifically within commercial property, construction, or workplace fit-out. You must possess an exceptional telephone manner and a naturally curious mindset that enables you to ask smart, insightful questions rather than simply read off a script.

You’ll need to be target-driven, resilient, and confident navigating complex conversations with senior leaders (MDs, Operations Directors, and Real Estate Heads). If you want to play a crucial role in driving high-value workplace projects for a top-tier regional industry leader, this position offers the ideal next step.
