Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify, research, and qualify new leads across target markets, using online tools, databases, and social platforms. The role involves:

- Building and maintaining lead lists
- Initiating contact through email, social media, and other channels
- Coordinating closely with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities
- Tracking lead performance
- Updating CRM records
- Refining outreach strategies based on data and feedback
Collaboration with marketing and sales colleagues to align messaging, optimize campaigns, and support overall revenue goals is a key part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications
- Skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads across multiple channels
- Strong Communication and Sales skills to engage prospects and support conversions
- Solid Research skills to analyze markets, find decision-makers, and validate lead quality
- Comfort working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital outreach tools
- Goal-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred:
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales development, or digital marketing
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field
